Safety Is A Native State of Mind

Through our dedicated HS&E (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Manager, Native Oilfield Services proactively seeks to identify and mitigate our job risks. The HS&E Manager chairs a safety committee that includes representatives from our drivers, maintenance department, wellsite supervisors, administration, and management. The safety committee helps set the agenda for company-wide safety meetings, and recommends changes to training and safety incentive programs.

On dedicated jobs, Native HS&E conducts a JSA (Jobsite Safety Analysis) to identify potential route and site-specific risks prior to beginning deliveries. The approved route, site hazards, risk mitigating rules, and any special instructions are provided to our drivers at time of dispatch.

The HS&E Manager maintains safety statistics and training information through ISNetworld as a member. Native Oilfield Services maintains land transportation safety recommended practices as outlined by the OGP (International Association of Oil and Gas Producers).
